12-PamelaIn her last assignment with Water Aid, Pamela held the responsibility of country representative for Zambia. She joined ActionAid in 1999 and took charge of the institutional development unit. Since then, she has worked with both ActionAid and WaterAid as coordinator, country director/country representative and has lived in Thailand, Nepal, Vietnam, Pakistan, China, Tanzania and Zambia. She has provided strong leadership; strategically and operationally managing these programmes and has been key to the strategy development process in some of these country programmes. Pam became one of the founding members of a not for profit (NGO) and worked with organizations such as UNDP, Unicef, NORAD, CIDA and USAID to train and promote women entrepreneurship.
