Rangsima Deesawade (Ying) has over 10 years of professional experiences working on human rights and development issues in various positions in NGOs and academic institutions. She has an extensive experience developing programme strategy and planning as well as managing rights based programmes and projects at the country and regional levels. Her other main areas of expertise is policy and academic research particularly on women rights and child rights issues. Having an interest on the impact of regional integration, Ying has been studying the structure and policies of ASEAN in the past 15 years. She earned her Masters Degree in International Relations; and her second Masters Degree in Southeast Asian Studies from University of Leeds, UK.
