Santosh has been an active figure in the field of social justice and development for over 28 years. He is the former executive Director of the Dalit Foundation- planning, developing, implementing and managing all programmes and grant making activities for the Foundation. Previously, he has worked for 10 years at the Indo-Global Social Service Society and has served as a consultant to Tides Foundation, Ford Foundation and South Asia Partnership. He has also conducted several evaluations and has coordinated many development based research programmes across the country. He is also a founding member of Foundation for Peace, a global network of foundations addressing peace and social justice. He is connected with many social justice foundations across the world and grassroot organizations in the country.
